		<description>This is simultaneously funny and serious.  Maybe if there was a big virtual clock in Main State, with the countup of how long it&#039;s been...?!  But I&#039;m afraid the longer it goes, the stronger the message is about the Administration&#039;s lack of concern for PD at State.</description>
